When we ship your order

We pack and ship orders within 48 hours. Shipping is free and tracked on every order.

Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday are packed the next business day.

When it arrives

Delivery takes 4 to 14 business days after your order ships, depending on the country you're shipping to.

Business days are Monday to Friday. They don't include weekends or public holidays. The exact time depends on where you are — city addresses usually land near the short end, rural and remote addresses near the long end.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check it any time on our Track my Order page.
